“Unë kam punuar me shumë përkushtim prej ditës që e kam marr drejtimin e Drites, dhe raportet e mia me lojtarët në përgjithësi kanë qenë shumë korrekte dhe shumë miqësore me shumicën prej tyre. Une kam një parim se me respekt të ndërsjelltë dhe vetëdije për fanellën të cilin bartim dhe ndaj atyre njerëzve që japin para nga xhepi, mund të arrihen suksese sepse unë jam po ai trajner që arrita bashkë me lojtarët vitin e kaluar të shkojmë në finale dhe ta sigurojmë mbijetesen. Une kam pas mbështetjen e plotë tek drejtuesit dhe kam mundur që ta arsyetoj veten dhe të them se disa lojtarë nuk japin 100% e tyre dhe t’i largoj nga klubi, por nuk jam personi qe kur kam pushtet të sillem si diktator, por kam besuar se jemi një grup me deshirë të madhe që të arrijmë suksese, që t’i shperblejmë të gjithë”.
Në pyetjen tonë se a ka qenë dijeni se disa lojtarë e kanë sabotuar në ndeshjen e fundit, Pajaziti tha:
“Unë kam pas informacione për tre ose katër lojtarë, por s’dua ta besoj, por më vjen keq prej tifozëve. Sesi u kthyen kundër meje unë nuk kam besuar. Unë akoma nuk e kam të qarte sesi ka mundësi t’i humbim katër ndeshje rresht, e nëse ndonjëri nga lojtarët ka qenë kundër meje dhe më bëri njeriun e pa dëshiruar tek tifozët, atëhere le të jetë në ndërgjegjen e tyre. Për tifozët me vjen shumë keq. Une dua t’i falenderojë udhëheqesinë për mbështetjen e tyre dhe besimin e plotë, janë njerëz me vision dhe janë të gatshëm të japin gjithçka nga vetja për ta çuar Dritën në nivelet më të larta që besoj shumë. Se Drita do të jetë një ekip stabil që lufton për titull gjithmonë, por duhet kohë që të krijohen kushtet dhe mos të jetë problem mbijetesa më kurr” tha në fund Pajaziti.
