Taulant Xhaka vlerësohet jo vetëm për lojën në mesin e fushës, ku shfaqet si një luftëtar i vërtetë, por edhe për faktin se ai mund të shërbejë si “xhol” në skuadër, duke mbuluar disa pozicione edhe në qendër apo në krahun e djathtë të mbrojtjes.
