Të nderuar qytetarë të Prishtinës, të dashur Plisa, dashamirë të klubit tonë, basketbolldashës e sportdashës,
Kaluan shumë vite dhe ne u munduam që gjatë gjithë kohës t’ju mbajmë në ethe, t’ju sjellim emocione dhe t’ju bëjmë krenar. Sado që sporti nuk dhuron vetëm emocione pozitive rrugëtimi ynë përgjatë këtyre viteve dhe mbi të gjitha sukseset e shumta na kanë bërë edhe më të fortë për t’i përballuar burrërisht edhe momentet e vështira dhe sfidat e rënda. Për 4 vjet fituam 32 trofe. Rekord absolut për një klub, jo vetëm brenda Kosovës, por edhe në Evropë. Mbase dhe dikush mund të thotë përfundoi cikli. Por jo, sepse pikërisht si rezultat i këtij cikli historik të sukseseve erdhi ftesa historike për pjesëmarrjen e klubit tonë të zemrës në kualifikime për ligën më të fortë të FIBA-së, Champions League. Endrra që dikur dukej aq larg edhe për ta përjetuar si të tillë, sot po bëhet realitet dhe vetëm dy ditë na ndajnë nga përjetimi i saj real. Kjo do të ndodhë. Të martën. Në Kosovë. Në Prishtinë. Në shtëpinë tonë. Para publikut tonë. Para Plisave.
Të dashur miq, edhe pse me probleme të shumta dhe një buxhet shumë solid karshi ekipeve tjera me buxhete milionëshe, ne premtuam që do ta bëjmë një ekip, të cilin do ta karakterizon dinjiteti sportiv, shpirti fisnik dhe uria për fitore. Kemi pasur pritje të mëdha se vullneti jonë për ta bërë më të mirën do të nxitet e përplotësohet me forca e energji të reja, duke nisur nga institucionet përkatëse që nuk do të duhej të kursenin asgjë për ta arritur edhe një qëllim madhor me të cilin do të mburreshin të gjithë dhe i cili do të shërbente si pikë referimi e inspirimi për sportistët kosovarë dhe rininë. Pavarësisht kësaj, ne nuk dorëzohemi, dhe falë sponzorëve besnikë po e mbajmë të gjallë motivin dhe dëshirën për t’u përballë me ekipet më të forta të kontinentit tonë. Se basketbolli ka dëshmuar këtë kjo nuk do mend. Se Prishtina ka bërë mrekulli edhe atëherë kur nuk pritej kjo tashmë është e vërtetuar.
Prishtina është jeta jonë. Fitorja është në gjenet tona. Dashuria për qytetin dhe klubin tonë na bëjnë bashkë, na bëjnë një, të bashkuar dhe të pandashëm. Pasnesër është ditë historike për të gjithë ne. E duam Prishtinën, e duam fitoren, synojmë historinë. Prandaj do të jemi edhe më të etshëm edhe më të bashkuar. Kemi nevojë për secilin nga ju. Pa ju s’mund t’ia dalim këtij misioni historik. Pa ju fitorja nuk ka shije dhe pa ju beteja nuk mund të fitohet.
Prandaj, ju lusim të mos mungoni të martën mbrëma në Shtëpinë e Kampionëve. Aty ku u shkruan faqet më të bukura të historisë së kampionëve, aty ku do të nisë të shkruhet etapa e re e krenarisë së kampionëve. Ne jemi krenarë me Ju. T’Ju bëjmë ne juve edhe më krenarë me ne.
