Atletja shqiptare Luiza Gega ka korrur një tjetër sukses në arenën ndërkombëtare, duke marrë këtë herë medalje ari në mitingun ndërkombëtar të Stambollit.
Atletja shqiptare është renditur e para në garën e 1500 metrave me kohën 4:06:65.
Me këtë kohë të vendosur, përveç medaljes së artë në këtë miting, Luiza Gega vendos edhe rekord ndërkombëtar. Në këtë miting, atletja shqiptare la pas në vendin e tretë kampionen në fuqi të Europës, e cila u shpall në Amsterdam në dy disiplina në 5000 metra dhe në 10000 metra.
Ndërkohë, ditën e martë në mitingun europian të zhvilluar në Çeki, Gega u rendit e dyta në 1500 metra për salla të mbyllura.
Prej mëse dy muajsh, Luiza Gega ka qëndruar në Kenia për t’u përgatitur për këto aktivitete dhe për Europianin./T.CH/.
