Edmond Kapllani heq dorë nga nënshtetësia shqiptare për të marrë pasaportën gjermane. Ligjet e shtetit ku jeton prej 13 vitesh ia imponuan sulmuesit rekordmen të Kombëtares shqiptare (5 gola në eliminatoret për EURO 2008) të bënte këtë hap. “Mendova për familjen, kam 13 vite në Gjermani dhe erdhi momenti që të vendosja”, thotë sulmuesi durrsak në një intervistë ekskluzive për “Panorama Sport”.
Pas dekretit të presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Bujar Nishani, ish-sulmuesi kuqezi pret tashmë të marrë pasaportën gjermane, por ai zbulon se do të tentojë sërish t’i rikthehet nënshtetësia shqiptare. Për këtë, por jo vetëm, 34-vjeçari rrëfeu gjithçka.
Edmond, në faqen zyrtare të Presidencës, mes personave që kanë kërkuar të lënë nënshtetësinë shqiptare është edhe emri juaj, teksa kreu i shtetit, Bujar Nishani, e ka dekretuar tashmë. Si është e vërteta?
Problemi është se Gjermania nuk e lejon mbajtjen e dy nënshtetësive dhe për të marrë tashmë pasaportën gjermane, më duhet të heq dorë nga nënshtetësia shqiptare. Gjithsesi, unë jam konsultuar me avokatin dhe do të gjejmë mënyrën që, pasi të marr nënshtetësinë gjermane, të nis më pas procedurat për të pasur edhe atë shqiptare. Shqipëria si shtet e lejon dynënshtetësinë, kështu që mund ta rifitoj sërish.
Pse ndodhi në këtë moment kjo kërkesë nga ana juaj, në një kohë që u bëtë shumë vite në Gjermani?
Kam 13 vite në Gjermani dhe erdhi momenti që unë të vendosja, pasi nëse në vitet e kaluara do të kisha marrë një hap të tillë, do t’i krijoja probleme vetes në raport me Kombëtaren. Pra, nuk luaja dot me Kombëtaren nëse do të hiqja dorë nga nënshtetësia shqiptare. Edhe aktualisht që flasim po lëviz me pasaportë shqiptare, derisa të plotësohet i gjithë dokumentacioni dhe të marr atë gjermane. Kjo që bëra ishte e pashmangshme, pasi ligji gjerman ma dikton, duke më imponuar heqjen dorë nga pasaporta shqiptare. U bë një vit që kam nisur procedurat për të marrë nënshtetësinë gjermane dhe po pres.
Nga Mavraj te Lala, me nga dy pasaporta
Rasti i Edmond Kapllanit është i veçantë në ndryshim nga lojtarët e tjerë që prej vitesh luajnë në Gjermani. Emra si Mërgim Mavraj dhe Valdet Rama, që u afruan në Kombëtare pak vite më parë, kanë ende pasaportën gjermane, pasi kanë lindur në këtë vend dhe një ligj i ndryshuar në Shqipëri u erdhi në ndihmë për të mos lënë nënshtetësinë gjermane.
Ndërsa rasti i Kapllanit është ndryshe, për faktin se sulmuesi ka lindur në Shqipëri dhe për të marrë pasaportën gjermane i duhet të bëjë të tjera procedura. Shteti gjerman nuk e lejon dyshtetësinë, kështu që fillimisht duhet hequr dorë nga pasaporta shqiptare për t’u bërë gjerman.
Shumë lojtarë të Kombëtares shqiptare kanë nga dy nënshtetësi. Bëhet fjalë për lojtarët që kanë lindur në Zvicër dhe Gjermani. Ish-kapiteni i Kombëtares shqiptare, Altin Lala, është një rast unik, pasi edhe pse jeton prej afro dy dekadash në Gjermani, ka nënshtetësi italiane dhe shqiptare.
Në të kaluarën shumë lojtarë kanë pasur probleme me dokumentacionin dhe një prej tyre ka qenë kosovari Atdhe Nuhiu, i cili nuk pranoi të hiqte dorë nga nënshtetësia austriake. Edhe ky vend nuk e lejon dyshtetësinë, por gjithsesi, në ndryshim nga lojtarët e tjerë, sulmuesi nuk e pati vullnetin për të bërë atë që kanë bërë më parë disa ish-kuqezinj.
