Entuziazmi është një nga pikat më të forta të personalitetit të tij. Dhe kur arrin t’ua përcjellë atë lojtarëve, atëherë skuadrat e tij bëhen të papërballueshme. Jyrgen Klopp i ka kërcënuar rivalët e Premier Ligës se do të kenë shumë frikë të luajnë kundër Liverpoolit të tij këtë sezon.

Sezonin e shkuar, trajneri gjerman ndërtoi një skuadër të aftë të luante me disa rreshtime taktike dhe ai e ripërforcon se dëshiron të ndërtojë një skuadër që të jetë në gjendje të luajë me disa skema, në varësi të situatës që do të krijohet. “Formacioni vendoset gjithnjë në moment. Përzgjedhja e lojtarëve bëhet në momentin kur ti e di se çfarë të duhet në atë çast. Por sa më dominues të jesh në fushë, aq më pak rëndësi ka formacioni apo moduli sesi luan. Formacioni dhe skema janë vetëm një pikënisje, sepse ti duhet të jesh fleksibël mjaftueshëm për t’iu përgjigjur situatave të ndeshjes.
Unë nuk kam një skemë të preferuar. Skema ime e preferuar është ajo që u mundëson lojtarëve të shprehin sa më mirë veten e tyre dhe ajo që ia bën jetën të vështirë kundërshtarit. Me skuadrën që ne kemi, edhe një modul me dy sulmues përpara është i mundur. Kështu që ne nuk duhet të përgatitemi për një modul të caktuar. Ne kemi gjithë talentin për të qenë fleksibël”, përfundoi trajneri i 18 herë kampionëve të Anglisë.
