FIFA sot sqaroi se futbollistët që kanë luajtur në “Euro 2016” me shtetet tjera nuk kishin të drejtë t’i bashkoheshin Kosovës, pasi kjo e fundit ishte pranuar në FIFA para Kampionatit Evropian, ndërsa lojtarët do të duhej të vendosnin menjëherë atëherë, pra para se të paraqiteshin me shtetet tjera në një kompetecion të nivelit të lartë, shkruan “Zëri”.

Ky sqarim i FIFA-s e ka vërtetuar edhe letrën e hapur të Granit Xhakës, i cili thoshte se kishte angazhuar avokatët e tij për të mësuar nëse ka të drejtë t’i bashkohet Kosovës pas Kampionatit Evropian, ku kishte luajtur me Zvicrën.
Pasi ishin interesuar në FIFA, avokatët i kishin thënë Xhakës se nuk mund ta ndërrojë ekipin. Xhaka filloi të quhet “tradhtar” nga kosovarët pasi nuk iu bashkua Kosovës për eliminatoret e Botërorit. Por, ai e kishte dhënë sqarimin e lartpërmendur, derisa kishte potencuar se FFK-ja është dashur të interesohej me kohë në FIFA për këtë çështje dhe ta njoftonte atë para Evropianit me rrugën që do të duhej ta ndiqte drejt transferimit në përfaqësuesen kosovare.
FFK-ja thoshte se avokatët e Xhakës nuk mund ta dinë vendimin e FIFA-s para saj si anëtare që është!
Por, letrës së Xhakës i ishte kundërpërgjigjur FFK-ja, e cila atë e quante justifikuese të pabazë.
“Nuk është e vërtetë. Nuk ka jurist në botë që thotë se vendimi është strikt, sepse menjëherë ki të drejtë të ankohesh deri në Gjykatën e Arbitrazhit Sportiv (CAS). Ndoshta FIFA nuk u ka thënë, por Federata e vet. Presione e dimë që kanë pasur”, kishte thënë sekretari i FFK-së, Eroll Salihu në një konferencë shtypi.
Kurse, kryetari Fadil Vokrri në lidhje me letrën e Xhakës ishte shprehur:
“Nuk ka shtëpi e avokaturës, sado që e fuqishme është, ajo që mund të merr ndonjë vendim prej FIFA-s para një federate që është e pranuar. Nëse veç një letër, vendim, del nga FIFA që u është dhënë atyre, atëherë ne do të ishim në pozitë të keqe dhe do të kërkonim sqarim shtesë se si është e mundur që një vendim t’i epet një shtëpie avokature para një federate të pranuar, siç jemi ne”, kishte thënë Vokrri. “Zëri” ka provuar të mërkurën të merr qëndrim nga FFK-ja, por pa sukses. /Zëri/
