Shumë shpejt ka
reaguar FFK-së, përmes një letre të shkruar dhe postuar në faqen zyrtare,
rtreth kthimit në punë të Arian Ahmetit, që para pak muajsh ishte shkarkuar nga
puna.
Është normale që të dyja palët të japin verzionet e tyre,
ndërsa FFK-së, e ka lëshuar një të tillë siç edhe mund ta lexoni.

Ahmeti organet e brendshme të FFK-së kanë marrë Vendim për ndërprerjen e
marrëdhënies së punës për shkak të shkeljeve të rënda të detyrave të punës.
Së fundi, ne, kemi
pranuar një vendim nga Inspektorati i Punës, ku kërkon nga FFK që të rishqyrtojë
edhe njëherë procedurën e ndërprerjes së marrëdhënies së punës së z. Ahmeti.
Pra, ka kërkuar vetëm të rishqyrtohet procedura, në asnjë rast Inspektorati nuk
ka evidentuar që nuk ka bazë për ndërprerjen e marrëdhënies së punës.
Organet e brendshme
të FFK-së, konform dispozitave të Ligjit të Punës, akteve të brendshme dhe
vendimit të Inspektoratit të Punës, do të ndërmarrin veprimet ligjore në afatin
e paraparë dhe do të informojnë Inspektoratin dhe palët në këtë procedurë.”
Ju kujtojmë edhe njëherë se z.Ahmeti e ka fituar rastin në
Inspektoratin e Puunës që e ka kthyer atë në punë, dhe pala e pakënaqur këtë
rast FFK-së, ka të drejtë ankese brenda 30 ditëve, mirëpo rregullorja thotë
shumë qartë se kjo nuk e shtyn vendimin
e Inspektoratit të Punës ekzektutimin e vendimit, që nënkupton se Arianit
