Apeli aprovon kërkesën e Agim Ademit, shtyn ekzekutimin e dënimit për burg.

Ademi, me 12 qershor, kishte kërkuar përsëri nga shkalla e parë shtyrjen e ekzekutimit të dënimit, e cila kërkesë ishte refuzuar nga Gjykata Themelore në Prishtinë. Më pas, ai ka bërë ankesë në shkallë të dytë, kundër vendimit të Themelores, duke kërkuar nga Apeli shtyrjen e ekzkeutimit të dënimit, përcjell Korneri.net

Sipas vendimit të Gjykates së apelit për shtyrje të ekzekutimit të dënimit për shkak të gjendjes së rënduar shëndetësore të të dënuarit  Agim Ademi me 9 muaj burgim, i larpërmenduri nuk ka të drejtë të ushtrojë më detyrën e të parit në FFK-së.

Sipas arsyetimit të Gjykatës mos shkurja në vujtje të dënimit është arsyeja shëndetsore, cka do të thot se nëse Agim Ademi paraqitet në punë, ai rrezikon të shkoj në vujtje të dënimit menjëherë.

Mos paraqitja në vujtje të dënimit është shtyrë për shkaqe shëndetësore, edhe pse  dyshohet në argumnete që janë prezantuar, sepse i dënuari Agim Ademi,  gjatë gjithë javës ka qenë në punë në FFK, pa sipmtoma të ndonje sëmundje, mje çka ai ka deklaruar vet për mediet kosovare se është shëndosh dhe mirë.

Ai dje ne zyren e tij ka pasur takime me çka është postuar edhe foto nga zyra e tij, ndërsa  nga sot ai nuk guxon të jetë në asnjë mënyrë në shtëpinë e futbollit Kosovar.

Në këtë situatë në FFK-së, është ngritur amulli e madhe, ndërkohë Eroll Salihu, Arianit Ahmeti, Gramoz Vokrri, Bylbyl Sokoli dhe Remzi Ejupi, vetem se kanë filluar mbledhjen e nënshkrimeve për kandidim për kryetar të FFK-së. /Korneri.net
