Arbnor Morina është njëri ndër trajnerët e rallë që e ka mbajtur pozitën e tij në stolin e Gjilanit gjatë tërë këtij edicioni të Vala Superligës së Kosovës në futboll, nëse nuk llogaritet Tahir Batatina i Llapit që është më shumë se trajner aty.
Morina dhe Gjilani kanë pasur shumë lojëra të mira në këtë edicion që është afër fundit, por edhe disa të këqija, por marr në përgjithësi cilësia e skuadrës ka qenë në nivel të lartë.
Redaksia e Korneri.net, e ka intervistuar Morinën që u përgjigj në disa pyetje që na interesuar më së shumti, por e nisëm me atë që u intereson gjithë qytetarëve të Gjilanit, rreth derbit të “Anamoravës” me rivalin e madh lokal Dritën.
“Derbi më i madh dhe kënaqesia më e madhe me qenë pjesë e derbit me tifozeri të flaktë dhe lojë të bukur në fushë. Në loje hyjmë të luajmë bukur si përherë dhe nëpërmes lojës të arrijmë rezultat pozitiv.”

Ambiciet i kemi për të luftuar për titull ose Kupë, dhe në këtë formë edhe do të punojmë. Ajo që më gëzon është se njerëzit e ri në klub shpejtë më kanë vlerësuar, dhe oferta e tyre është një vlerë për mua edhe pse kam oferta edhe nga dy klube tjera, por unë mbetem në Gjilan sepse serioziteti i dyaneshëm është i madh.”
Për stinorin e ri do të bëjmë disa transferime edhe do të ndalim shumicën e futbollistëve dhe do t’i hyjmë luftës për titull. Por, duhet të ceki që nga kryesia nuk jemi impetativ, por ta bëjmë më të mirën për ekip.” /Korneri.net
